12500 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of the 12500 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Effective date: January 2026. These terms apply to users in Malaysia and are subject to Malaysian law.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 12500 platform — whether via web browser, mobile app or any other device — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.

Continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms & Conditions will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. 12500 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to check this page regularly.

This platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are legally eligible to use online entertainment services in Malaysia.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted only one active account on the 12500 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current and complete. This includes your full name, phone number and any details required for identity verification. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension without prior notice.

Your account password is confidential and entirely your responsibility. 12500 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a third party gaining access to your password due to your own negligence. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account through the provided customer support channels.

  • Sharing your account with another individual is strictly prohibited.
  • Using the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
  • The use of automated software or methods to access or manipulate the platform is strictly prohibited.
  • Abusing promotions or bonuses through multiple accounts or other unauthorised means is strictly prohibited.

Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the 12500 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include local digital wallets such as Boost and Touch 'n Go, as well as interbank transfers within Malaysia. The platform does not accept foreign currencies directly.

Deposits will be credited to your account once the transaction has been successfully verified. Processing times vary depending on the payment method chosen — digital wallets are typically processed instantly, while bank transfers may take up to one business day. 12500 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Winnings may only be withdrawn to an account or digital wallet registered under the same user's name. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and review. 12500 reserves the right to decline or delay any withdrawal request that requires further verification in order to safeguard account security.

Any transaction suspected to involve money laundering, fraud or other illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the account in question will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

Account Suspension & Closure

12500 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
  • Engaging in fraudulent activity, system manipulation or promotion abuse.
  • Use of automated software, bots or other unauthorised tools to access the platform.
  • Requests from law enforcement agencies or valid court orders.

If an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Users whose accounts have been closed are not permitted to re-register without prior written approval from 12500.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. All pending withdrawals must be settled before the account can be closed.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

The 12500 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding stability, continuous availability or the accuracy of information displayed. Under no circumstances shall 12500 be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform — including betting losses, technical disruptions or data loss.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, interface designs, text, graphics and software on the 12500 platform are the exclusive property of 12500 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

The platform may contain references or links to third-party services. 12500 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party website or service. Users access such links at their own risk.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

12500 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure continued compliance with the latest terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 12500 platform shall be resolved through a tribunal or court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia, and both parties agree to submit to that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
